Dr Ross Foster, BDSc; LDS; FRACDS

Ross graduated from Melbourne University in 1971. He honed his skills for three years in the Royal Australian Air Force where he completed his fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.

He has worked in general practice in Toorak from 1974, and in the custom built facility we enjoy today since 1999. Ross is actively involved in continuing education and is a member of numerous specialist societies.

Ross's primary interests are on the one hand, preventive dentistry, and at the other end of the spectrum, reconstructive & cosmetic dentistry involving crowns, bridges, porcelain veneers and implants.

Cycling, single malt whiskies and the Melbourne Football Club are also considered to be matters of particular importance.

Dr Rod Edward, BDSc (Qld)

Rod graduated from Queensland University in 1992. He worked in a number of practices in metropolitan Melbourne and, having experienced a variety of dental cultures, settled at Toorak Village Dental Care in 2000.

Rod has particular interest in the field of restorative dentistry using aesthetic filling materials and has undergone advanced training in root canal treatment (Endodontics) and also surgical placement of implants & associated grafting.

Kite Surfing, Skiing and similar thrill seeking activities are important to him outside of working hours.
